  • Q. Do you have a standard rate from Point A to Point B?

    A. PanamaTransfers offers competitive rates based on point of origin to point of destination. Immediate rate quotes are available both online and by email at Reservations PanamaTransfers also offers service on a time-based billing.

  • Q. What type of vehicles do you use?

    A. PanamaTransfers offers a variety of vehicles to accommodate individual passengers, as well as small and large groups. For more information, go to Our Fleet.

  • Q. What is PanamaTransfers cancellation policy?

    A. To cancel a reservation, please contact us by email at Reservations or call + 1 (844) 422 8942. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the service pick-up time. Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled pick up time will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the service fee.

  • Q. Do I need to tip my driver?

    A. Gratuities are not expected. Our drivers make every effort to go beyond their duties and exceed expectations. In this situation, if you would like to give your driver a tip, it is appreciated but certainly not mandatory.

  • Q. How long before a flight will I be picked up?

    A. Please be prepared and give yourself plenty of time for your upcoming trip. We recommend arriving at least two hours prior to your scheduled departure for a domestic flight and at least three hours prior to a departure for an international flight.

  • Q. When I book a reservation online, how will do I know that PanamaTransfers received my information?

    A. PanamaTransfers enables you to book reservations in real-time. When you make a reservation online with us, you will always receive a confirmation number. Once your online reservation is completed, you will receive another confirmation by email.

  • Q. Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

  • Q. What if my flight is delayed or canceled?

    A. Any flight cancellation will receive a full refund as long as Panama Transfers is notified immediately.
    Our flight monitoring software will track delays and changes to your flight schedule so you can rest assured that we will pick you up when you arrive.
