Payment

Your credit card will be charged immediately in US Dollars and will appear on your statement as Grupos Incentivos Terramar. All charges are subject to the bank rate of exchange on the day it is settled to your account. Panama Transfers is not responsible for the variances, nor has control over the rate of exchange. Please retain a copy of this email for your records.

Cancellation Policy

A service fee of 25% will be charged for any cancellation with 48 hours advance notice of the service date. After this date, any cancellation will be subject to a 100% non-refundable fee. Please call Panama Transfers at + 1 (844) 422 8942 or write reservations@panamatransfers.com for changes, questions or to cancel this service to avoid full charges. You must obtain a cancellation number.

Changes

In the event you need to change your reservation, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance of the service date. A service fee of 25% will be charged. In the event of acts of God that may be deemed as unsafe, Panama Transfers will refund all payments.
